Arly V.L. Petersen hold a BBA in Finance from Copenhagen Business School. He worked for banks, real estate finance and stockbroking companies in Denmark. From 1988, he worked in Luxembourg for Nordea Bank SA as a Relationship Manager for UHNW families through three decades. He showed strong competences in investment portfolio management, with  focus on cross boarder wealth planning with a well-established international network. He Implemented wealth solutions for Nordic families living internationally including relocation of families.

He joined 1875 FINANCE in 2019.

Johnny Bisgaard began his financial career in 1998 with Danske Bank A/S in Denmark. In early 2000, he relocated to Luxembourg to join Danske Bank International as a Relationship Manager for Nordic families. Over more than two decades with Danske Bank International, he managed client portfolios, led the Private Banking division, and served as Managing Director of the company.

In 2022, Danske Bank International was acquired by Union Bancaire Privée (Europe) S.A., and Johnny Bisgaard joined UBP as Deputy CEO.

He joined 1875 FINANCE in March 2024.

Juan Alvarez Hernandez started his career in 2003 as a Real Estate Lawyer in Madrid, where he handled all legal aspects of real estate. In 2011, he moved to Luxembourg and worked at various institutions, including State Street Bank Luxembourg and MaplesFS (Luxembourg) SA. From 2015,
Juan held the position of Senior Business & Regulatory Advisor at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA. He joined 1875 FINANCE as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

Juan joined 1875 FINANCE (Luxembourg) SA in May 2019.

Jørn Tilsted has completed his education in Danish business schools, and started his banking career in 1987 in a local Danish bank. He works and lives in Luxembourg since 1995, holding senior client adviser positions in various banks such as BIL, Nordea and UBS with focus on the Nordic clientele and investment portfolio management. He became a Certified International Analyst ( CIIA ) in 2004.

He joined the 1875 FINANCE ( Luxembourg ) in 2019.

Martin Bundgaard started his career in institutional sales at Danske Bank Markets in Copenhagen, specializing in Equities. In 2005, he relocated to Luxembourg, where he worked for several financial institutions, including SEB. His most significant tenure was at Danske Bank International, where he served from 2012 to 2022. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President at Pictet Wealth Management.

Martin Bundgaard joined 1875 FINANCE (Luxembourg) SA in June 2024.

Marc holds a Master of Science in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster, London. He began his career in 2016 at the European headquarters of an American independent investment management firm in London, specializing in Danish clients. In 2021, Marc relocated to Luxembourg to join the company’s newly established trading team, contributing to the office’s early growth.

In 2022, Marc transitioned to a Swiss private bank in Luxembourg, where he spent a year learning the intricacies of a private bank while continuing to deliver bespoke strategies to clients.

In 2023, Marc joined 1875 Finance at the Luxembourg office, where he now leverages his extensive experience in client service and investment management. Fluent in five languages, Marc is particularly adept at handling cross-border matters, ensuring seamless communication and understanding in multicultural contexts. He is dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of clients, offering tailored, bespoke investment strategies that align with the unique requirements of a family office.

With more than 30 years of experience in banking and wealth management, Kai-Uwe Große began his career in 1995 with Dresdner Bank AG in Leipzig, Germany.

In 1999, he moved to Luxembourg, joining Dresdner Bank Luxembourg, where he worked in Private Banking and Wealth Management until 2010, primarily advising German clients, both in Germany and internationally.

At the end of 2010, Kai-Uwe joined Nordea Bank Luxembourg, where he was part of the International Team until mid-2018, focusing on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) from Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and Greece. He subsequently joined Colin&Cie. in Luxembourg, a Swiss-Luxembourg setup, where he continued to advise an international HNWI clientele from Germany, the CEE region and Greece.

Kai-Uwe join the 1875 team. He brings with him extensive experience in international wealth management, a strong understanding of his clients’ needs and a long-standing network across key European markets.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ivo Teixeira has held various positions within leading international financial institutions, developing extensive expertise in discretionary portfolio management, asset allocation and investment advisory for sophisticated private clients.

He has strong experience in implementing tailored investment strategies, managing multi-asset portfolios and navigating complex regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II. His client-focused approach, combined with his in-depth understanding of international financial markets, enables him to provide tailored investment solutions aligned with each client’s objectives and long-term needs.
